LoreU — A Living AI Town You Manage

Build a town. Welcome visitors. Watch them live.

LoreU is an offline-first AI town simulation. Visitors arrive from 71 origin worlds — each with their own background, dialect, personality, and story. Keep the ones you like. Watch them build relationships, follow daily schedules, and grow while you're away. You're the mayor, not a resident.

Core Features (100% Free)

Living Town Simulation — A living 2D town with day/night cycles, resident schedules, and offline simulation. Your residents roam, work, socialize, and form relationships even when you're not there. Come back to a digest of what happened.

71 Origin Worlds — Every visitor arrives from a hand-crafted origin world — fantasy, cyberpunk, pastoral, cosmic horror, and more. Each brings their own dialect, ambitions, and personality. No two visitors are alike. No custom creation — every character is a discovery.

Persistent Memory (LUE Engine) — Residents remember past interactions, relationships, and events. Time passes realistically. They notice when you've been away. Cross-session continuity is built in.

100% Local & Private — All data stays on your device. No accounts, no telemetry, no data collection. Bring your own AI backend (Ollama, OpenRouter, Google AI Studio) or use local models.

Visitor System — Visitors arrive at your town with unique backgrounds. Accept them as residents or pass them on. Each decision shapes your community.

Free For Everyone — Full town simulation, origin worlds, LUE Awareness, and resident management — all free. No paywalls on core features.

What's Coming Next

  • Jobs & Economy — Farming, fishing, shops. AI assigns residents to work.
  • Housing System — Furniture, decorations, resident homes.
  • DLC Packs — Cosmetic items, avatar accessories, town themes.
